    I have filed an additional complaint with *** (who has worked with this contractor) but also wanted to specifically file a complaint specifically with Apex. I have had a non-working dishwasher since I moved into my house on July 14th. I have had an Apex contractor come out to my house on 4 separate occasions to fix this dishwasher. I was told on visit 3 that a control panel would be ordered and that if that didn't fix it a new dishwasher would be ordered. On October 12th the technician came out to install the control panel and it still did not work, but instead of starting the process to replace the dishwasher as promised he called his boss who told him to order ANOTHER pressure sensor (that was installed on the 2nd visit) because they thought the one they installed might be "faulty" and a possible wire harness. Furthermore this technician was extremely unprofessional leaving my house when the dishwasher wasn't able to be turned off and told my friend who was present for the appointment to just "flip the breaker" to shut it off. I am asking between *** and this contractor to replace my dishwasher outright

    I understand your frustration. We have spoken to your warranty company and they indicated that you were provided replacement options for your dishwasher. I recommend contacting *** fort further instructions on how to execute the replacement.
