    Client never contacted us stating she was unhappy with nails or we would have gladly fixed them. According to spa policies we do offer nail fix for up to two days after service however we do not offer refund. Client also was 45 minutes early which she was advised of but is stating we were late for her appointment.

    I left a review them and the response  was stating I was early for my appt and that they were not the salon for me
