      Steer clear of this business when you need carpet. When I ordered carpet I told salesman that we were also painting and which one should we do first because we didn’t want the walls messed up.He said we should paint first and that their carpet installer was the best. When they were done I was horrified by the excessive damage they did to our freshly painted walls. The installer wanted me to give him a paint brush and a can of paint. I declined his offer and said that I would have my painter do the repairs. When I spoke to the GM she said my painter was fine ( “ we just want you to be happy.”). Didn’t ask for an estimate till the next day when my painter was doing the repairs. When I gave them the bill for the repairs,$575 they wanted to give me $200. Then they started threatening me with taking me to court, sending me to collections, or taking back the $200 credit. I was tired of the threats and filed a case against them. The judge ruled in my favor. Think twice about dealing with this business
