    Absolutely unacceptable billing practices. Weve been on a payment plan with OSS Health since May 2024, paying every month as agreed. Despite this, we received a rude voicemail threatening to send us to collections over a supposed balance of $440.74 a number we had never seen before.When we logged into our account, it showed a completely different balance of $277.08. My husband called to pay it off immediately, only to be told by the representative, We have constant issues with our system. That alone is concerning, but it got ******** 9:30 AM, our account said we owed $379.10. Two minutes later literally two minutes later it updated to $615.80. We have screenshots of these inconsistent, inflated charges. OSS Health is either grossly incompetent or intentionally altering account balances with no explanation. Either way, its unacceptable.If your billing system is this unstable and you're threatening patients with collections based on incorrect and fluctuating balances, thats a major red flag. Were disgusted and deeply disappointed with how this has been handled. OSS Health needs to take serious accountability for this mess and fix its broken system.

    Terrible customer service. Told to show up a half hour early for an MRI. An hour later, still in the waiting room, no explanation, no apology. I had to demand the receptionist go see how much longer it would be. Was told another 15 minutes. Still no apology or explanation. When finally being brought back to get changed, was told it's going to be ANOTHER 15 minutes until they are ready. STILL NO apology or explanation an hour and a half later!? Tell me what the F is the point of being a half hour early????
