      On July 13, 2024, the Empire Piano ************** came to take my piano to another home in ********. After they left we noticed that four of our front hall tiles were badly broken.We contacted the family who had hired the company and they took several days to respond..almost 2 weeks. They gave us the phone number of the movers and we called. They were adamant that it was they who had done the damage, asking why it took us so long to call them. We explained why. They said it was not their fault but that of the people who had installed our tiles in the first place for reasons that were not true according to the tile people who came to give us an estimate of the damage. Empire refused to give us the name of their insurance company and have blocked us from calling them. What can we do? We were not the ones who paid to move the piano so it is a zero on the amount WE paid.
