    This place screws over honest people. They must be stopped. Caused me emotional havoc.

    Horrible business steal money most of the homes are infested with roaches and mouses, and will make you pay for extermination even though it was, deemed no fault of your own, and the extermination doesn’t even work. We did a better job with store bought product then the professional himself I’ve had 4 property management in the course of a year and a half all of them are really rude not willing to hear you out. It’s really hard to get in contact with them. They love to tack on charges and make you pay for it without no answer, definitely say this is a property management that you can stay with for at least one to five years max but I would not recommend anything longer than that. I think this is only a temporary place and eventually they will get their business shut down because they do so poorly with communication and money, and they need to work on making sure that the properties are actually up to date instead of putting bandaids on so you can sell it in the moment .
