    In June of 2023 my son was taken to CCG for a psychiatric evaluation. The psychiatrist met with my son, myself and another adult sat witness to the situation, the outcome was recommendation of an RTF. Between June 2023 and October 2023, myself, *****, the insurance companies, amongst others have all requested not only a copy of the evaluation, but errors to be corrected, an addendum which CCG/Doctor said they could do, amongst other things, then turn around say they can’t do them. Insurance needed a new evaluation because CCG was wasting too much time. On October 31st my son took my daughter’s time slot and had another evaluation done. The psychiatrist explained to my son he was going to an RTF, and that he could no longer be his doctor. He prepared an 8 year old child to be away from his family. The Psychiatrist tells me the evaluation would be ready in 1 week. 2 weeks go by, *****, myself and others whom I work with start contacting CCG and asking where the evaluation is at. The Clinical Director tells ***** he needs this, he needs that, yet nothing was ever requested of myself. CCG gave ***** and myself the run around for weeks. Last Thursday CCG sends an email and says the eval is ready. I ask for it to be sent to me, they call instead. He says, “your son needs a higher level of care, can you bring your son in for therapy”, I have yet to receive the new eval as of today. Instead they sent it to ***** on 11/22/23. I have yet to even get the original eval from June. Communication has been very poor, and never with me. This entire experience has been a roller coaster. We filed a complaint on CCG and the next day the psychiatrist renigs his recommendation after he prepared an 8 year old child for RTF. Allowed me to prepare my son for an RTF. Completely unethical. There is a lot more I can add to this, but I will save that for the appropriate departments and boards in whom deal with matters of such,

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Commonwealth Clinical Group regarding complaint ID ********. They have been found to be in in NON-COMPLIANCE to specific Pennsylvania State Codes, in another complaint I filed through ****. I have tried attaching the images, but it won't let me.
