    Maintence does NOT fix anything around here. We complained multiple times (put in Maintence tickets) where we have told them we have a leak in our bathroom, and nothing gets fixed. Actually the last Maintence guy that came destoryed our wall/ceiling where the leak is and left it at that. Our closet back in our room, the wall is literally cracking all the way on the wall and they came a few months ago and plastered it. Well guess what, its cracking again and nothing is getting fixed. We have inspections today and nothing got fixed. Our main door building was broken for over 2 weeks hanging on for dear life by a hinge, and when it snows they do not remove it, we had to remove the snow ourselves over 2 different times. I have pictures as proof of everything Im mentioning. We are charged over $1,300 for these apartments and the maintence doesnt fix anything, and its very neglected over here. The county needs to step in before someone dies over here due to their neglect. We pay rent on time every single time and have not missed one payment. We deserve fair housing, and we are not getting it here. Other tenants have reported their kitchens/ living rooms become flooded and maintence does nothing about it either

    Yes it is solved, I received the letter yesterday and it said even if its not solved. Theres nothing that will get done anyways, so yeah they fixed the major problems and case is closed.

    I have rented an apartment from Yorkshire Realty at their ******* **** Apartments. There have been many maintenance requests they come out they look they leave never come back today. They called the police on me because they had maintenance come out. Wipe the door change out the filter in the HVAC system not address the loose wiring or the blower fan, that is extremely dirty. There’s mold in the air ducts when I expressed these concerns I was told I’m being aggressive and the cops were called on me. I still have patchwork in my back bathroom because they still have not came and re-painted the wall where they cut into the wall to repair a pipe that the plumber head broke and was leaking into the downstairs apartment. The floor is coming up. Made multiple attempts to get that repaired. Nothing has been done. Also, the sliding glass door does not slide in and out correctly. Told them about that nothing has been done.

    Wipe the door and change the air filter...

    The HVAC tech, changed the filter. The property manager went to the apartment with the HVAC so she could be shown the "loose wiring", wires are not loose and all are capped off. 

    Mold in the air duct...

    Was it tested for mold? 

    Patchwork in back bathroom...

    Resident told me herself on 8/25/23 that maintenance came into paint.

    Since we moved here, we’ve had tremendous amount of problems with these people, They’ve lost Rent checks, Tried to take us to court for there mistakes, & than waited two months to tell us that we “failed to pay rent” when it was their responsibility after the check was handed over to them. Also, we had roaches twice , I asked for an exterminator & he never came, we moved to another apartment & recently had no hot water for a week, they turn the heat on mid October, and suggested we buy a heater when we pay electricity, our sink overflowed and there was water everywhere, we didn’t get help for an hour. The problem escalated and they left the water on while the plumbers fixed the kitchen, people upstairs threw oil and water down tne sink and it came into my apartment, there’s water and oil EVERYWHERE, it’s seeping into the carpet,after to speaking to the manager she suggested I clean the mess up the mess that I did not create. Sent over a cleaning lady to clean the kitchen but not the carpet, which is Spreading water around the kitchen doing toward my living room, the carpet is soaked and has not been resolved, no word from management since the last conversation

    They filed paper work for my fiance and myself saying that we failed to pay rent for two months. We didnt get notified that there had been a mistake made until I called the office and one of the men in the office at the time answered the phone I told him who I was, and he proceeded to say where is my money as if we never paid rent, we checked the mail and there was a letter saying we had court but we in fact did pay rent, they Lost our rent checks & TRIED to take us to court for THEIR mistake. They filed papers to send us to court but we came with proof that we did pay rent, they called us a day later explaining they had lost the checks in the system. They withdrew the court papers, but All in all this place is just unprofessional and organized, taking us to court when they messed up, this could affect any chances we have into moving, and the fact is too they also waited two months to notify us that we supposedly didnt pay rent

    I have been working with the resident who sent in the complaint.  We are helping her get assistance from the county to pay her rent to avoid eviction.  In regard to the outstanding maintenance issues, those have been handled.  In regard to her issues with the previous management, she has said she is happy with how the current management is responding.
