    The laundry attendant (****) removes my clothes out of the dryer without giving me the chance to remove them myself. She has done it multiple times. She removes my clothes and sit them in a cart out in the open. I have 3 missing items because of this. This laundry attendant is very rude and unprofessional. She can't properly maintain a laundromat while she has kids on the job. Instead of working she is babysitting kids. I'm requesting replacement of my items and retraining of staff to be reminded that they don't have permission to handle customers belongings especially in a way that is getting my items lost. The attendant said she removed my clothes because there were no open washers but I'm providing photo proof that there was other washers available

    After we talked to the employee, she did what she normally does if a customer need one of the big washer she would try to accommodate him or her.  She did not know that lady was outside the parking.  She took the clothes out and put the paper label the washer number and put right in front of the counter where she can see it at all time, she said she did not take any items from any one ever.  We can trust our employees other wise  we would not hired her.
