    I had received a post card offering a $15 discount if an appointment was booked before Sept 30th or a $10 dollar discount if booked between Oct. and Dec. 28th 2023. I called in Sept. was told they couldn't get out until October 17th and I would receive the $10 dollar discount. When the older gentleman who used to come and pump the tanks was here, he would hose down the tanks while cleaning and clean the inline filter. None of this was done, lids popped hose inserted and that was it for $380 dollars. I watched and know the hose was not moved around to completely clean the bottom of the tanks. When I reviewed the bill I did see where the $10 discount was subtracted, but also seen where a charge of $25 was added for so called heavy solids.
    On top of that I was left with a huge oil spot approximately 2 foot by 1 foot in my driveway from the front of the truck, I wiped up what I could but it will leave a stain on the driveway.
    I would not recommend this company.
