      Manager **** is great! However the company is awful!! They will raise your rent multiple times a year!! We had a big unit, and it went from $149 to $329 in less than 2 years!!! We were told it was because they only had a few large units and it was in demand, so raising the rent to get us out! So we consolidated and went to a smaller unit - great. Saved me $200 a month... only for that to be raised after just 2 months!! It went up about $20!! I don't get how they can do that!!

      I wish I had read more reviews. After less than two months, I received notice that the unit rental was increasing by 35%! From $131 to $177ridiculous!!I contacted the company via email, their response was We see that you had a rental adjustment. If you are looking to move a different location may I please help you with your search? That truly was a direct quote from the email I received. Still trying to figure was that sarcasm or will they really help me find a company with better prices! They dont care, take your business elsewhere.

      I was renting space at 309 Storage before it got sold to the new owner MOOVE IN STORAGE. Shortly after takeover the new owner increased pricing for about 1/3 of the price (~ 33%). 12 months later the price was increased again for ~ 1/3 - I was told that this is an adjustment to adapt pricing that is common in this area. After some research it turns out, that other vendors still are listing comparable units at the original price paid before change of ownership. I moved out.Now were it gets really interesting is, MOOVE IN advertises the unit i had rented for less than what I has paid before the change of ownership, calling them twice to confirm, i was told, that the low rate is not a promotional rate - So I want to advise people renting with MOOVE IN to check their rates. For reference, I rented a 10' x 10' drive up unit (original rate before change of ownership: US$ 139 after price increase # **: US$ 179 after price increase # **: US$ 210 current price advertised on website US$ 129 Be on the lookout - In my mind they are overcharging...
