    We have rented from this company for 3 years, never had any issues, we always paid on time and always left good reviews. This year our moove out was scheduled for 8/31/2023, 60+ days in advance. We effectively moved everything out of the unit as of 8/29/2023. The only issue is that the lock was habitually put back on the unit by accident and we were then charged $220.48 for the month of September via auto draft on 09/05/2023.Once I realized our move out was not processed, I reached out to the location manager on 9/06/2023. On 09/07/2023 she made me aware of the lock issue and I immediately, same day, went and took it off with my sincerest apologies that we had forgotten to remove it. I asked if we could receive a prorated refund and she advised she would submit a request and Id have a response within 48hrs. Today, 2 weeks later and after 3 follow ups, I am just now receiving a response that the request was denied with no explanation. Moral of the story, we were completely moved out days before the last of August and I don’t believe we should be responsible for the full month of payment when we have not been using the facility.
