      Ordered from smokersoutletonline.com several times, I always use a virtual credit card for online merchants, this last time I ordered was a couple weeks ago, and yesterday, my credit card company contacted me and let me know that the card used to make my purchase with them has been used to make purchases at other vendors, a virtual card is a card that has a different number for each merchant, and then a hour later it was used again at another merchant, I contacted smokersoutletonline.com and told them about this by email, and asked them to contact me, they just refuse to reply to my message, so it looks like the whole company is in on the theft and fraud, if you order from them you need to watch your card charges, as your card number will be stolen by them. my credit card company has reported the theft to the authorities as they have proof that they are the only company that has that specific card number.

      Customer sent us his email on Oct 17. We responded and addressed his concerns in less than 24 hours. A follow up email was sent to the customer on Oct 19 regarding the activity he was seeing on his card. We are a very reputable company, in business for 25 years and have over 200k customers.
