    You never want to have to go to such a place, but I was blown away, even in my distress, by how competent and compassionate the staff were! The vet, Dr. ********** was amazing, and her tech *** (I think that was his name) really went above and beyond anything I hoped for. They're an hour's drive away from me, but I still wish they could take care of my animals every time we need them. But hopefully, we won't be having regular emergencies! If either of them happen to read this, ******* is doing great! More thanks than I could express!UPDATE: I found myself here again. Can you believe it? This time with a dog that got hit by a car and went missing for three days and nights. This team turned my nightmare into hope! I can't say enough about this entire operation. From the front desk to the back rooms! I drive almost an hour to get there, but I don't think I've ever been so impressed by or grateful for a vet. I worked for a while for a busy veterinary hospital in *************. I know what it looks like behind the scenes, typically. I grew up on a farm and worked on them for a lot of my life. I've met a lot of vets. And this operation is exceptional. **************** is a gem! Because I asked, she let me watch as she bandaged my dog and took the time, with much patience, to explain to me what she was doing, what she was looking for, and what it meant. The whole team deserves far more than the stars I'm allowed to give them. Thank you, every last one of you! Fafi is a big fan! She's always happy to go see y'all.

    So heartbroken and disappointed.

    Took my cat there as an emergency thinking my cat was dying . Was assured SEVERAL times the cat WAS NOT dying . Preformed several tests , paid for meds for follow up appointment's , prescribed a new diet . Reassured AGAIN the cat wasn’t dying and why would I think that ? SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars later . Came home relieved to know my kitty was going to be ok ! Couldn’t thank them enough! Less than 24 hours later my cat was dead ! Called and left a message. No call back . The vet talked to me like I didn’t know my own pet . It’s on video I’m sure . I wouldn’t recommend them and would never go back . Had my cat cremated later that day . Zero compassion from the vet . Absolutely zero . My heart hurts .
