      Think it was a month to two months ago. Went into the Harrisburg ******* and was asked if I knew about *******s cash giveaway. I was dumb, ******* didn’t post anything about a giveaway or maybe I just didn’t get to that section of the store yet, so course I said no. She said she just needed my name and number, so she wrote down my name and number and we went on our way. I didn’t find out it was a home improvement company looking to get customers until today thanks to **********, a spam call blocker. So I get a call from a *** number that day. I don’t recognize the number. ******* it, no info, nor did they leave a voicemail. Next day, a different number. Next day, a different number. Some days, back to back calls. Other days, Unknown Caller comes through and again, back to back calls. This has been going on for at least one to two months now. Every single number I block, a new one comes through the following day with again, zero Google information so I know these numbers are spoofed. Last night, 6/7/2023 I finally downloaded ********** because I’m so tired of the constant harassment. Today, a call comes in, with a 4 second voicemail stating [____ Appleby Systems] (I’ll save her name from being put out there but I assume it’s the associate). I’m glad they have a great rating but if they assume I’m going to be a customer, after not taking the hint, nor leaving any voicemails stating who they are, let alone I don’t even own my home, then they have a **** poor business model going on. All I ask is to stop being harassed.

      We have placed ************************* on our internal do not call list and will not attempt to contact the Customer or the number provided. On 5/20/2023 we did receive an entry from ************************* to our annual 2023 $15,000 Home Makeover and have attempted to make contact to verify the entry and offer a free estimate. We are sorry for any unwanted calls and apologize for the inconvenience this caused the customer.

      I purchased all my windows & patio door from Appleby's I have a certificate, 50 yr. limited warranty. I have emailed three times, asking to have someone look at my picture window. I told them to email me instead of calling because it is quicker to get in touch w/ me. No one has reached out. I just want someone to look at the window, the vinyl under the window is sagging. I don't want it to crack or buckle under the weight of window, it is a big window. Just honor your warranty.

      There was no log on my service line or email from ************************ however per this correspondence I have sent her an email to give me a call or reply to the email to set service on her window.  Once I have a date set I will respond with a date.

      This company refuses to cancel my contract. It was difficult to reach someone and I had left a voicemail with no return call. When I finally spoke to someone they said my contract could not be canceled bc it was past 3 days. I called on day 5. I was not aware it needed done within 3 days even though I clearly asked the rep about the cancelation policy which he refused to provide. The rep rushed through the contract and didn't review each section. When he was leaving, he mentioned the windows were going to be white which will not match my other windows. The rep was clearly more interested in making a sale instead of paying attention to detail.

      I have called the Appleby Service Department multiple times and left messages with a Victoria and have never had my calls returned. I have a bathroom window installed by them that has a broken inner mechanism. We were promised a lifetime warranty and so I am simply asking them to send someone to fix it. The window cannot be raised like it's supposed to. We have to prop it up because it's a bathroom window and sometimes the bathroom needs to air out. This poses an injury hazard as the window could fall shut and it weighs A LOT! If it falls shut, I'm worried that the glass will break or land on someone's hand trying to open/ close it, too. It needs to be fixed ASAP!
