      In the spring of 2022, we noticed moisture on the ceiling of the outside walls of one of our bedrooms. We contacted the following: our roofer, plumber who both confirmed there were no problems and finally we had a very knowledgeable neighbor check the attic. His assessment was we only had a couple of inches of insulation. He suggested we call John H Myers and they blew in insulation. In the fall of 2022, the moisture was worse. Now it was in all the bedrooms and living room plus there was moisture running down the walls. I contacted the young gentleman who I had originally dealt with and he said he was sure we had a leak in our bathroom pipes which go thru the attic to the roof. Our plumber was called again - no leaks. Then he suggested if our sump pump in the basement had any water in it this would cause moisture - not the case. I asked him about installing baffles and he felt it was not necessary. We then contacted a professional from Lancaster County who had to remove all the insulation, install baffles and put in new insulation. Had it been done correctly in the first place it would have cost us a lot less money.
