      3-29-25 an appointment was made via text at 10:30 that morning by "****" saying he was with North Star Zelienople, ** for a 5:00 pm appointment later that day. Not only was this **** not there, I was told he didn't work at that location. (Like I should have known.)Directly after work, 25 minutes away, I got there for my appointment, around 530 which I had just messaged him about being there at that time instead of 5. He said that was not an issue at all. When I got there at 530, I wasn't greeted. I had to look for somebody. Finally someone came over and I mentioned my appointment which had apparently not been important to ***** because he was unapologetic, unhelpful and uninterested in helping me. I ended up leaving at 6 after walking around the lot in the rain to kill time. It would take me 45 minutes on I-79 to get home. I will not be going back. The men there seemed uninterested in talking with me, as a woman. They also mentioned the one car was a manual, insinuating I couldn't drive it? I don't know...made me feel like that. In reality I love driving a stick. All in all bad experiences here and will absolutely not be scheduling another appointment. I was sent a text message pretty soon after my departure asking to rebook an appointment. As a warning from one woman to another, do not go here without a man to help get the attention and service you are entitled. :(

      When ******* came in all of the sales staff as currently working with customers, it was very busy since it was the last day of the month. There were a few cars she was interested in so they pointed her in the direction of those cars, they also offered her keys to take a test drive while she was waiting. ******* declined and said she was going to grab something to eat and would be back in an hour to talk with a sales person but she never returned.

      The sales guy talked me into a paint product then said it’s late in the day we will call you to schedule it. They never called so I called them and they said they would set up an appointment and they never did. Long story short I sold the truck and wanted a refund and they told me the product is non refundable…. I never received it so I should get my 6-700$ back. Not to mention they were smoking weed out back when I took a short break waiting on the financial department. That should’ve been my red flag there and I should’ve went somewhere else. Then the sun roof started leaking and they told me they could detail it…. That don’t fix it so I traded it in

      We have talked to *** ******* regarding the purchase on 06/22/2022 Zillon paint protection 
      as stated in the contract under transfer and cancellation. The product Is non -cancellable. We did refer ** ******r to contact the company to see if they could help. Not sure if he did. 


      That being said. We did contact the company on his behalf and they have agreed to a pro rated refund. 
      They have requested a few things to process a refund. 


      1 A written request to cancel, Signed by ** ******r 


      2 If he would like any refund sent direct to him vs the finance company they would need proof of lien release.

      I purchased a car through North Star Buick GMC at 22426 Perry Hwy
      Zelienople, PA 16063 around 6 months ago. I opted out of buying an extended warranty. I attempted to contact the dealer around 3 months to report some issues with my vehicle via around 2.5k miles - the warranty was 3 months or 3k miles. Although we have barley went over 3 miles in the close to 6 months we have had the vehicle we ignored and never received any solution other than to tow the vehicle to moon dealership - another North Star location. The purchase was simple on my end, I knew I wanted the car - wasn’t much selling involved. We decided to get a parities of the vehicle financed and we weren’t with GM. I am extremely disappointed of the follow up and care of the matter I am currently going through bc I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. I have been out of a vehicle for a couple of weeks up until we had it at a local Buick dealer in Washington, pa. I spoke with the head mechanic we replaced the battery prior to finding out the major issues. Issues he even said that were overlooked when selling the car - issues that cost a monetary value that was way too high for just purchasing a new used certified vehicle at a location you offer your financial services. I’d like to provide the diagnosis and what had to be done to the vehicle to get it on the road. A vehicle my sons mothers drive only to school and pick up my son at daycare. We are GM your average struggling family living off my one income while she continues her education and raises our son full-time. The market has been chaotic and as a financial institution your should feel honored we chose the dealership you help finance and your services. Consumers have choices and we put our trust in your dealers. I feel betrayed and like another account number. I’d like to request the 1316.48 be credited either to my loan or refunded directly to me from the dealership.

             I checked our records
      on this vehicle and it looks like we haven’t seen it in our dealership since it
      was sold March 17th, 2022. I spoke with our used car manager and
      general manager; we do not recall *** ******* reaching out to us 3 months ago.
      Our policy is to have the customer bring the vehicle back to have our service
      department to diagnose the concern and, in some cases, we are still able to assist
      with repairs. The vehicle came with a 3 month/3,000-mile Powertrain warranty
      only. At the time of purchase *** ******* was offered an extended warranty that
      would have covered additional components, he declined any additional coverage, it’s
      now 6 months and over 5,500 miles since *** ******* purchased the vehicle.

          As for the repairs *** ******* had completed
      at Bud Bear GMC they would not have been covered by the 3 month/3,000 mile
      Powertrain warranty their came with.
