    We are remodeling our home from top to bottom, total gut job. Ricardo has been an exceptional help in selecting the right materials needed to remodel our home. He is a skillful expert contractor in various fields. Hes installing granite tiles in 4 of our bathrooms, in the ****** room, kitchen + kitchenette, and construction of a sunroom addition to our home. All different granite tiles r being used in all of these areas. Very few people know how to handle marble/granite and make sure its level and wont crack years later. Our bathrooms we are installing new bath ************ base, new vanities, new plumbing (toilets, sinks). We are also installing luxury double and single exterior doors w/ security doors, new luxury stair case railings. for our upstairs 4 bedrooms, hallways, closets den area ricardo is laying down maple solid hard wood flooring. Kitchen Ricardo will be moving the location of the dishwasher and stove and will be installing new cabinets. Its all together a big job. Also Ricardo is doing all the lighting in each room from chandeliers to track lighting etc. Plans for our sunroom is to be constructed on concrete rebar slab, external heating/ac unit, roofing, lighting, installing windows. wood planks on the ceiling. You will not be able to find a more honest & polite affordable contractor who doesnt cut corners on workmanship and who isnt trying to rip you off on the price. Future work that I will be using Ricardo for is to convert my garage into a studio apartment and to finish my basement. I highly recommend Ricardo for big luxury construction jobs, as he will do the install the right way and wont try to scam you on his workmanship, materials, and overall price
