I am writing to report a serious issue regarding outdated and personal information being displayed on the website **************************. The following page ******************************************** is linked to an old Instagram profile of mine that has since been deleted. However, the page still shows my image and outdated information, which is no longer relevant or authorized.I have tried to contact the company more than five times through their official Contact Us form, but I never received a response. Recently, I also sent an email to their support address, but again, I received no reply.This ongoing lack of communication has left me frustrated and concerned about the continued public display of my image and personal data on a platform I no longer have control over. I am kindly requesting immediate action to delete or remove this outdated profile page from their website.All I want is to have my old content which is no longer valid taken down, but after multiple attempts with no answer, I feel I have no other choice but to escalate the matter.Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.Business Response

Thank you for your response.
However, I would like to point out that the outdated profile and personal information are displayed directly on your website. Therefore, I believe it is your responsibility to remove such content, rather than redirecting me to external processes with ******* which are complicated and not guaranteed to resolve the issue.
It is very difficult and frustrating for me to have to contact ****** about information that is hosted on your own platform. Nevertheless, I will make an effort to proceed as you suggested. That said, I still expect that you take immediate action to remove my information from your page directly.
I will be monitoring the situation daily and sincerely hope you address this promptly, as it is a matter of my personal privacy and image rights.

I have never used NinjaOutreach nor gave them permission to post my instagram (which is no longer active) on their website. I have requested through their email support channels and website multiple times that my information be deleted from their website and removed from searches however they have not responded.I am requesting that you please remove my information from your website immediately. Hello. When I search for my name online, this website comes up with an old photo of myself and an old Instagram biography of mine. I never consented to sharing my information with this website, nor am i "an influencer." I feel very, very uncomfortable with my information and photo on this website. I have tried more than ten times to reach out to the company through their live chat box and email and have never received a response. I just want my information taken down. I purchased Ninja Outreach over a year ago and never used it. They auto renewed my account without sending me an email reminder ahead of time. I only noticed it when I saw the large debit from my business account. I contacted them (can only contact by email or chat) and asked that my account be cancelled and I be refunded the new fee given I've never used the account and did not receive notification of the renewal pending. The representative told me that the only thing they could do was switch my account over to a monthly vs. yearly subscription, and after 30 days they would cancel my account and refund me the remainder of what I had paid for the full year. Quoting the representative here: " Allow us to switch you over to an equivalent monthly plan (Flex $389) and cancel it after 1 month, following your original registration date. We'll then refund the excess of $1,467 after 30 days instead of getting billed for the annual subscription. "After 30 days (March 7th) the representative emailed me to let me know he has processed the refund request and would let me know when it was complete. Quoting representative below: "We regret to inform you that there has been an unforeseen delay in processing your refund. On behalf of Ninjaoutreach, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured that we are working diligently with our billing team to acquire a definite time and date to ensure that your refund is processed as promised. We understand the importance of timely and efficient service and want to assure you that this delay is an exception to our usual standard of service. " We are now 9 days later and they still have not processed my refund. Every time I email the representative I'm told he does not have a time frame when the refund will be processed and can't seem to give me any information. I feel like I'm being scammed. They said I clicked a button but I do not remember doing so and I immediately asked for a refund, but they refused.
