      Purchased a home from contractor that has several hidden code violations and issues with plumbing and electrical and septic tank issues. Called and asked several time to resolve or fix problems to no avail.

      Contractor sold home that had passed all Town inspections and was signed of as complete.  This includes all electrical, plumbing and septic systems.

      During final home inspection, the Contractor and Home Buyer agreed to share the cost of an electrical panel upgrade.  After that, the Home Buyer informed the Contractor that he will not share the costs of the electrical panel upgrade, therefore nullifying the separate contract.  This contract was via email agreement brokered by the Realtors.

      After the closing on the home, the Home Buyer kept finding more "issues" that he demanded to be fixed, without any thought to the deal he backed out of, which costed the Contractor extra expenses out of pocket.

      The Home Buyer also could have used the Home Warranty that the Realtor purchased on the house.
