      Hello and good afternoon whoever may be reading this my daughter has been attending prestige therapy since she was 2 1/2 years old I have paid out of pocket services for 30 minutes once a week at $55 and hour weather I am late and she only receives 15 minutes or the therapist is talking to another family they only give a 30 minute window so if your child only receives 10 minutes you pay the full price my issue started with the facilities owner a few years back when she had made statement that she did not allow payments to be late and if there was late payment the child would have to send out sit out so somebody else could use that timeslot I had told her that the children are assigned their own days it stays like that through the whole year so it didnt make sense for her not to allow The child to go if that is there a time slot anyways the last two months she has been threatening to kick my daughter out for anything I could say I could tell her that I wouldnt be able to be there because I was sick she would threaten me with discharging my child I have been going back-and-forth with the facility for two months letting them know that I was not planning to discharge my daughter up for ****** facility due to the report and her have been with the facility for so long and that is the only therapist shes had and from there it has always been a problem I had a past due bill they asked me to pay them I sent the money in Saturday morning today they said that I did not pay for it I sent them receipts that I did pay for it words were exchanged I told them that they harassing discriminated against me for all of the month I documented everything A lot of the issue was Race driven They have had a motive for my child for a long time So on top of them taking my money and discharging my child today she no longer has an occupational therapist my child spent today crying and wondering if it was her fault that she could no longer go back to the facility no place should due this
