    I brought my car to Tire MD for a routine fluid change, including the differential and transmission, which cost me around $2700. My vehicle had no issues before the service, but immediately after leaving the shop, it started making an unusual noise. I called Tire MD right away and was advised to bring the car back the next day.Upon returning, they initially told me the noise was due to a tire issue. After saving up, I brought the vehicle back for new tires, but then they informed me that the noise was actually coming from the differential/transmission. Notably, Tire MD is the only shop that has ever worked on these parts of my vehicle, and the noise began right after their service.I calmly explained this to the owner, who unfortunately responded by ******* out at me, accusing me of making baseless claims, and dismissing my concerns by saying its a common issue with these vehicles. However, this problem only arose after their work on my car. Now, I am faced with the burden of legal fees and the cost of a new vehicle.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I would like for them to refund me the original $2,000 they charged me for the original mechanical work and fluid change, as I have had to sell the vehicle because of the resulting transmission issues.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    The vehicle was not making the noise when I dropped it off, when I picked it up, it was very clear something had occurred while in the shop.

    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
