    The product depicted on the website does not reflect the product selection. I have been corresponding with the company to achieve a resolution. My simple request has been for them to provide instructions for returning the product. To date, no instructions have been provided.

    A JD customer service *** has been in contact with Mr. ******************** was some initial confusion as to whether Mr. ******* had ordered the wrong part or that our supplier had shipped the wrong part. It appears that he wanted a part with a ball socket end like the one in the photo, but he selected a similar part that was labeled "blade end". (See attached screen shot)

    On Friday, 11/22/2024 ***** sent Mr. ******* the following communication:

    "We will happily refund this after it has been received.  I've created a return authorization number for you: RA4480952-JD
     
    Please mail the items back to:
     
    Jamestown Distributors
    ***********************
    *******, RI 02809
     
    Important: Please write the above RA number on the shipping label and packing slip. 
     
    All items must arrive in re-sellable condition with all original packaging intact."

    I will reach out to Mr. ******* to ensure he receives the instructions. I have also contacted the website manager to see if the page can be set up to make the part options more obvious.

    Purchased stripper for boat (2 gallons), product did not work. Company states on their website they will refund you 100% of purchase price if you are unsatisfied with the product. Company would not even return the unopened product without a cost to me of hazmat shipping to almost equal the price of purchase. The return request was within the 30 day window. Company should return full purchase price and standby what they say on their website. order number TB95476
