    I went into **** * ********************** to have my bracelet fixed. The owner took my bracelet n told me to wait while he fixed it he charged me $20 two days later I went back because it broke again I gave him the bracelet he gave me a receipt and said come back on Tuesday I told him I was working a double on Tuesday but I'd be back on Thursday I went back on Thursday the wife came to me I handed her the receipt she came back she asked me for my wrist I gave it to her she puts a bracelet on my wrist at the same time the husband comes over and says he didn't charge me as soon as the lady clamped the bracelet I told her it wasn't my bracelet as soon as the lady clamped the bracelet on my wrist I told her it wasn't my bracelet I know when my bracelet feels like on my wrist I know where my bracelet looks like I took the bracelet off and I asked the *** to please please go check because this was not my bracelet he went in the back him and his wife come back with all these envelopes of jewelry she swearing at me the people in the back of swimming and she's telling me that this is the only cubin link that they have for that day and I tell them no this is not it this is not my bracelet so I show them a picture and he says that's the same reasons this bracelet is hollow if you look at the two bracelets in the picture you can clearly tell they're not the same bracelet. The *** told me to go to ****** and get a receipt for my bracelet this is 3:00 in the afternoon so I leave there and I go to ****** downtown ****** ********* Jewelers. I tell the *** my name I tell them the situation. I showed him the bracelet nan pic of my bracelet. *** asked me if I have a time frame of when I thought I got the bracelet and I knew it was around *********** Day last year. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he came back with my receipt. He gave me the original because I already had the copy he did say if there was any problems we could contact him at ********* Jewelers in downtown ****** *** **********
