    Midstate is a fraudulent business that is a storefront for guns but is doing illegal things in the back. They are also stealing customers money stating they cant give cash back only checks and debit. I gave them 175 dollars 9/21/22 and they said they are keeping 35 and giving me 140 I said ok Im coming to get my money 9/29/22 since I cant get the gun I want. I go in and the guy at the desk claims he doesnt have enough money in the cash register to give me my money but people are in there all the time at the shooting range etc. they are refusing to give me my money and at state I have to wait another week for them to have the owner come in and make the checks out. That is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable business practices. They need to be looked at more thoroughly. How can a business not have the funds to refund the customers!? Its not adding up.

    Hello, this is in reference to complaint number ********, I'm calling from ************* company in ******** ************. This complaint is because consumer claims that we are a fraudulent business that tried to steal her money in reality. She applied to purchase a fire arm. She is not capable of owning firearms due to her background and was denied by their local police station to get her background. So sorry to get her fire arm. We then did refund her a week later because we had to cut the check to refund her and she's claiming we stole her money, but she has already received a refund. Check and I would like this taken off the record you can call us back at ************. Again. This is complaint number at ********. Thank you
