      Statewide has been charging my credit card for years for monthly fee to rent a storage unit. They never provide a bill or receipt. Statewide has a website where customers can view or pay their bill. But I have no access to it. Statewide has ignored my attempts to contact them regarding this issue.

      Cannot get this company to return my call. Have tried multiple times, left messages, requesting permission to have a dumpster placed onsite to remove 90% of personal belongings that have been damaged due to water damage resulting from poor structural design/placement that caused severe flooding in my unit and mouse infestation/contamination due to lack of preventative measures in a rural area.
