    I have been trying to reach this company by e-mail. I get that they are not available on the weekends. I have a made an order on a Saturday morning, of two action figures for to sick, young boys in a hospital in my area. I finally got an e-mail from them two business days after my friend who order the same two items got his tracking and shipping information. I did reach out to the and explain this situation, they stated that they were working on other big items orders, I could not have my items ship out on the second business day. They did state that the usually do ship it out in two business days. I was willing to wait, however it seemed that my order was not important enough to them. I had opened up a ****** dispute, I got the refund from ****** for the two action figures or items for $54.98. However the Valaverse company never refunded the $8.00 back for shipping and handling. They have complete ignored my e-mails and have failed to respond. I feel like, I was not an important enough customer for them. I felt discriminated against and treated like a second class citizen. All the company had to do was be transparent with me. I would have be patiented and wait. That was not how the e-mail they sent me came across. I am request a refund of $8.00 back from this company. I hope the head of the company would speak to their employees about professional when it comes to all customers.

    Mr. ****** requested an order cancellation and a refund which we agreed to. He submitted a ****** dispute for $54.98 which we paid, as well as a $15 ****** claim fee. The $54.98 Mr. ****** requested only covered his purchase price, and not the $8 shipping charge so he proceeded to contact us about the $8 we didn't pay on a claim he didn't make (we can only refund what we are being asked for). We sent Mr. ****** a ****** refund for $8 to the address he provided, and he said he would cancel the BBB claim he had placed against us. I don't understand why he hasn't cancelled this claim, as we fulfilled his entire refund as requested.
