******* ********* was received an estimate in the beginning on Sep 14th,2024 once he accepted the estimate it switched from estimate to invoice. Due to ************ wanting to do multiple payments from bank declines on full amounts he insisted on using same card and different payment methods in person taps. During this time fraud alerts were sent from his bank to confirm these charges were authorized Mr ********* then had us run individual payments. The total amount of the service work performed by our contracted Licensed repair shop ****************************** Located at *************************. Customer was told we are partnered with them for certified automotive repairs. Due to Durante going through us we handle ordering parts, invoices for the repair work. We have certified licensed technicians repair the vehicle. During the times of the repair work when first engine came from manufacturer they sent a defective engine. Photos to support this will be added ************ became very frustrated and disrespectful as if it was our fault a faulty engine was delivered to ****************************** located at ********************************************* During the repairs he made several in person transactions if a list of card numbers and each amount is needed please advise us of this information.
At this time we gave him the direct contact information to repair facility as he wanted a price reduction due to engine being shipped faulty.  Instead of ************ asking nicely he demanded that we discount it.  We explained they didnt reduce price for sending faulty first engine there is nothing we can do but wait for another engine. After Mr ********* was told ******* auto had no say in pricing that we bring him vehicles for repairs he told the owner he would damage vehicles on his lot and cause bodily harm to shop property and cause harm to myself (Kyron Rodgers) He left voicemails to both parties ******* Auto and Rodgers Roadside Recorded line. Also have text messages of threats.

Once second engine was delivered it was inspected with quality control inspection from repair facility that it was good and an average looking condition for a 1999 Camry Engine. Please note Customer was advised prior to work that vehicle repairs wouldnt be worth fixing due to cost being more then vehicle value. Customer still wanted to proceed stating car has sentimental value to him. After vehicle was repaired at ************************* ********* stated he didnt have enough money to pay in full and demanded we give him the car with an outstanding balance. We told him no payment plan available, and balance would need to be paid in full to be released like any other repair shop. He called shop threatening him so once repair work was done he wanted us to pay their business and remove vehicle from their property due to the high risk of customer damaging vehicles on property.  We moved vehicle to ****************************************** Ocean state collision until we received payment.  At this time when we moved vehicle we waived tow costs but told customer storage fees apply as vehicle repairs have been done and he has threatened the owner of ******* auto. Storage costs are normally $50 per day we reduced it to $35 per day. We have attached all documentation to support our claim. We also have 2 audio pdfs of voicemails he left under the influence. Please also note night we were called out to him he was passed out under the influence of alcohol. We did not contact local law enforcement at this time since we were towing the customer back from ********** to ***********Finally please note customer sent over a photo of check engine light on no paperwork to support his claim of the documentation he sighed stating what was covered the warranty paperwork he signed via doc sign state NO LABOR warranty only the parts specified in the paperwork he signed. With this being said his claim against a defective product is voided until proper documentation showing a part covered under warranty is brought to our attention. At that time the warranty paperwork states any licensed repair facility meaning he can go anywhere for this service.

******* warrantly is fake & was not signed by me til 1/16/25. All Rodgers did was clean old engine & put it back in while replacing parts unused not needed via an unused Fly wheel & throttle. The Check engine light being on itself is a defective & indication of damage. The codes were erased prior to drop off so everything appeared fine.
