    My semi-truck was having issues, dipped it at ******** in ********, I asked them to find out with my warranty company if this issue would be covered under my warranty, they contacted them back and forth by emails and I have all the emails records, warranty company has denied my claim because codes were cleared on the truck when theyre not supposed to, the warranty company had warned them not to and still they did clear the faulty codes and the warranty company had denied me because of ********, i called their manager several times and he never answered, my truck has been there since 2 days before thanksgiving its been almost 3 weeks and still until now no solution, Ive been off of work because of this situation as my truck is till by ******** and they wont admit they made a Mistake and I have no idea what to do at this point

    Purchased truck sep 22, 23 they kept it for 2 in half weeks they said they needed the truck there to get it ready for me picked it up on October 11 late at night next day truck started to make a noise and smell of smoke and lift gate stopped working told the business about it they said bring back to their shop that their mechanic would take a look spent days there there mechanic couldnt figure it out so I was told bring it to international dealership in ******* ** they looked at it a week later diagnosed the truck and they called *** at csm truck to explain what is wrong with the truck and told him the price and the truck has been there almost 3 weeks now just sitting due to *** not wanting to make up his mind To pay for the service 3 days ago **** calls me saying there going to purchase a used part but for what so it acts like a band aid then down the road it breaks down again and not having warranty on the used part when the dealer ship at international can give warranty for. A new part and they can take care of it the correct way and gives warranty on the new part Im done chasing them around and they keep playing with me this company are noting but scamming me
