  My truck was brought in to have the Freight machine to align my truck and to have some auto body work on. Truck was given to me with different parts being used from another truck that didnt when belong to a Sonoma gmc ****. Started using the truck after about a month and the alignment on the other side of the truck starting falling apart causing a risk for myself and my wife on the highway. Had to go and get it fixed at another shop that confirmed that it was the freight machine that caused it and it should of been inspected before it left the shop. Contacted the shop and they refused to acknowledge my complaint after spending $3,987 with Fletcher and then another $1,300 to another shop. The other shop can validate this complaint . Fletcher was supposed to give my gmc letters for my truck and as of this date he has not returned . Fletcher auto shop also refused to give the color of paint that was used on my truck to fix the job he did. My life and my wifes was almost taken endnote this truck was coming apart due to negligence of this Shop.

  Fletcher Auto Body shop does exist.  Attached is the receipt that I received from his office. 
  Fletcher Auto Body has a spray booth to paint cars and a freight machine. The freight machine was used on my truck  from an unlicensed shop. 
  The unlicensed freight machine that was used on my truck is what almost killed my wife and myself when the truck was coming  apart on the highway. It was towed immediately to another garage . The garage confirmed that whoever used the freight machine wasnt experienced as they would of seen the truck was not in any condition to leave the shop. 
  
  
  Having unlicensed freight machine in the shop explains how dangerous it was. It cost me over another thousand dollars to have it fixed at another shop where I can provide documents for. 
  
  
  Fletcher Auto body also mentions that the truck was never inspected is a false statement. I can provide the paperwork that the truck was indeed inspected and registered. He also states that the  truck was done a year ago. That also a false statement as you could see the date on the receipt.

  The truck was idle for a few months due to ordering additional parts for the truck before I had my truck inspected and registered . Fletcher auto body also used parts that didnt belong to my truck and as of today still waiting on my gmc sign that was supposed to be delivered. This has caused me and my wife a-lot of stress and anxiety all due to unlicensed freight machine that is being used at his shop.
