    I ordered a custom carbon steering wheel on April 20, 2024, from *********************************** and waited for updates on my order for two months. After two months on June 19, 2024, I attempted to contact the seller, but my email was ignored. Then on July 13, 2024 I attempted to contact the seller via email but it was ignored again. During the same period, the seller was posting on Instagram (@vqcarboncustoms) about available products.I messaged him on Instagram on July 19, 2024, then again on July 21, 2024 - no respond. This steering wheel was a gift for my friend, ***** *******. On August 23, 2024, I even asked my friend to email him, but he also did not receive a response.October 22, 2024, November 13, 2024, and November 27, 2024 I was trying to contact him via Instagram again - no respond. On November 27, 2024, I also called his cell phone at *************, but he did not answer.Later, on January 16, 2025, I attempted to call him via Instagram, but my call went unanswered. In February 2025, I discovered that he had blocked me on Instagram.I have still not received my order or a refund.

    Hello,On February 23rd, 2023, I contacted this company inquiring about a brand new carbon fiber hood for a 2016 corvette Z06. We went back forth about the details and made sure it was for a Z06 over the phone. On Feb 27th 2023, I purchased a hood for a 2016 corvette Z06 at $2900.00 via CashApp due to his website wouldn't let me pay with a credit card. I had it shipped to a professional installer, ************** in ******, **********. On March 16th, 2023, the hood arrived and they opened it. They noticed the rubber gasket around the glass was not seated correctly and also looked like someone put some secondhand silicone on it. They sent me pictures. I contacted ***** from VQ Carbon Customs, and sent the pictures to him. After going back and forth he agreed to me getting it repaired and sending him the bill and he would reimburse me. I got it repaired at **************** on March 17th, 2023. It costed $250.00. I sent him the bill but he did not pay it. He claimed that ******* wouldn't let him send funds. He asked for zelle information. He still did not send a refund. I took the hood back to **************. They tried to install it but it wouldn't fit. He shipped the wrong hood. The hood was for a regular corvette stingray, not a Z06. I contacted ***** in order to correct this situation. I told him what I wanted. I want to be reimbursed the $2900.00 for the hood, $250.00 for the glass repair, and a return label to return the hood. I have called and texted him, however he has not returned my phone calls nor text messages. He is refusing to make this situation right.Best Regards ********************************

    BEWARE!!! ***** from VQCarbon customs is a scammer. I got scammed for $1500. He asked me to cashapp to save $200. Once I sent the payment via cashapp he told me it would take 2 months to get the steering wheel. I patiently waited 2 months then it was impossible to get a hold of him, he would not answer my calls, texts or e mails. Please dont make the same mistake I did and stay far away from this *****.

    i sent them 2 steering wheels worth over $400.00 to make a carbon fiber one for a c6 corvette over 3 1/2 months ago and all communication has stopped and they are not responding to messages or phone calls or any other that i have sent

    I sent in my steering wheel and radio buttons bezel for carbon fiber customization, which he confirmed he received, he gave a time frame of 3 months, I waited 4 months before contacting, at first he told me he was about to start the batch that my parts were in, he sent me a photo of my wheel to verify, then I asked for an ETA but he never replied, I waited a few more weeks, then contacted again, this time he told me it would be one more week, I said fine, but since it was during the holidays, I waited a week, plus another week, I reached out again and he simply ignored me, then i asked for him just to send my parts back, also ignored, this guy is a thief, do not trust him. ************ small claims court case will be filed next.
