Im writing this with deep frustration after an upsetting visit to the ********** office today. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. ******* for a filling. Like many children, she was understandably scared, especially knowing a drill would be used. Weve been loyal patients at this practice for over five years, but todays experience completely broke our trust. From the start, my daughter was visibly anxious. Instead of offering comfort or reassurance the basics of pediatric care Dr. ******* was aggressive, impatient, and extremely rude. When my daughter began to cry out of fear, Dr. ******* raised her voice, telling her she was not allowed to cry and that she had other patients to see. She even said, Either you stop or you dont get the filling. At this point, my daughter was already partially numb, terrified, and now being scolded by the person who was supposed to help her. It was heartbreaking and completely inappropriate. We ended up leaving the office without the procedure being completed. My daughter was in tears, still numb, and emotionally shaken. What stood out even more was that multiple staff members, including dental assistants and front office employees, quietly acknowledged how out of line Dr. ******* was. They agreed her behavior was uncalled for. Yet Dr. ******* herself showed zero remorse no apology, no compassion. After five years as patients, we expected better. This wasnt just a bad day it was a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. No child should be treated this way, especially in a pediatric setting. If you have a sensitive or anxious child, I urge you to think twice before bringing them here. We will not be returning.
