On March 6, 2025, my 87 year old wife and entered into a written agreement with the Providence diamond (p.d) company to sell a "rare green diamond ring" of extreme value. We were advised to have it certified in ******** by the (***) ********************************, where we would be responsible for the cost associated with the transportation, , insurance, and evaluation and other unknown expenses ( auction payment upon the sale. ) we paid over 1000 dollars to transport by way of armored services, with the suggested 1.5 million dollars of insurance. This was done weeks after the owner, *** Pritsker and his certified *** gemologist evaluation gave us the Green light and confirmed in the written document, contract, that this is infact a 8.8 or more rare green 9 carat natural diamond ring. About a week later, I , ***** ******, received a phone call from the owner, *** , informing me that the diamond ring isn't, original, not true green, dyed Green,. The contract has been breached and the ring and our credit card purchases have not been returned to us. Please call me at ************. Let us know if you can help us. Providence diamond, took money from our credit card, our priceless ring, and no longer wants to do business with us. After I asked him about why they documented the rare green diamond ring on the contract if it wasn't. His Gemologist used to work for *** in ******** before she ,(****** de la Houssaye) evaluated, tested and approved the gems.
