I am filing this complaint on behalf of ************************** (Wellthi) regarding Integrated Media Group (IMG), with whom we entered into a contractual agreement on March 29, 2024, for the Experience Cloud Implementation project (the Agreement). As stipulated in the Agreement, Wellthi paid an initial deposit of 50% of the total project cost, amounting to $8,400, at the time of signing. The project was to be completed within 4-6 weeks; however, *** has consistently failed to meet the deadlines, even after an agreed extension of the final deadline to June 11, ******* of today, *** is more than four months behind schedule, and numerous key deliverables remain outstanding, including the completion of Experience Cloud setup, user training sessions, API integrations, and other critical tasks as outlined in the contract. These delays have caused significant disruptions to Wellthi's business operations, impacting our ability to deliver on our own commitments to clients.Despite multiple communications and requests for a revised timeline, *** has failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for these delays or a credible plan to complete the project. Given **** failure to fulfill its contractual obligations, ******* is seeking a full refund of the $8,400 paid under the Agreement. We request that IMG promptly refund this amount to Wellthi to avoid further escalation. We also reserve the right to seek additional damages for costs and expenses incurred due to ***'s breach of contract. We respectfully request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this matter. Your support in holding *** accountable to its contractual commitments and business practices is greatly appreciated.

I retained IMG to help build out my salesforce based on Salesforces' recommendation. they did not complete this task and charged me the full amount of $3200. they also made many fraudulent and material misrepresentations regarding their expertise in **** estate buildouts, when in fact they did not know anything about the nuances of the real estate business. I am looking for a full refund as I ended up cancelling Salesforce because of IMGs misrepresentations

      Business Response

      Date: 01/29/2024

IMG did not make fraudulent or material misrepresentations to Karson Realty.   ****** Realty signed a statement of work (contract)  which specified the exact work that was to be done.  Before the project began we had a kickoff call with the client reviewing the scope of work. Everyone is in agreement after the kickoff call that the statement of work was accurate.

There is documentation of IMG's project manager working with Karson Realty's first point of contact, Sherwin, communicating on updates made within the org on March 9th looking for feedback on the changes made and to clarify a spreadsheets data sent over. Please note, ****** from ****** Realty had not been involved in the work that was being completed and the work with ******* was being reviewed and feedback provided by ******* (not ******). On March 13th, IMG's project manager followed up with the Karson team after not hearing back. On March 15th, ****** entered the thread to say that he felt the project was not going anywhere and he will be stopping Salesforce payments. ****** was making "out of scope" requests" that were not part of the signed statement of work and was not willing to pay for the additional "out of scope" work.  ****** cancelled their contract with Salesforce while we were still actively working with ***************

The client contacted that credit card company to dispute the amount paid. After the credit card company reviewed the case they agreed with IMG and did not issue a refund to the client. IMG will not be providing the client a refund.
