      On 9/5/2023 I came to this location with my own oil to have the business drain the old oil and fill with oil that I provided. I was told by the technician that the cost would be $50 cash, he would not accept credit or debit. I went to the ATM close to the store to withdraw and make the payment. I was not provided a receipt. The business caused damage to the oil pan of my car. Specifically the technician replaced the old drain plug with an incorrect size drain plug that damaged the oil pan threading. This threading damage needs to be replaced or the oil pan itself needs to be replaced. I made the corporate office aware of the issue. I was told I would receive a phone call from the district manager which I did not. I have been traveling since then and have recently reached back out to them to resolve this. The ATM camera can verify my statement that I made the cash withdrawal and walked back to vehicle where I handed the cash to the technician who then instructed me to get in car and drive into the work bay.

      And the Fact after a communicating all week being Told by Corporate I'd receive a call back from Principal. The Entire Week I have NOT received any communication back to the issue. Which CLEARLY DENOTES THAT CORPORATE JIFFY LUBE IS CONDONING, SUPPORTING & ALLOWING THIS ENTIRE UNETHICAL RESPONSE Or better Suited Lack of Response from their Franchisee. Speaks Resoundly!

      What an Unethical Experience ALL THE WAY AROUND A-Z. Guess That's How Jiffy Lube Rolls according to the Plethora of LAWSUITS Based on the same or similar Business Practices of Simply Being an Unethical Company.

      The incident on September 5th, 2023 was as Denoted to All Jiffy Lube personnel involved that the essence of Service, Being Coerced but not being Allowed to Pay by Credit/Debit Card by Technician Captured on the *** ATM upon which I was forced to withdraw as only basis for Service(A clear Violation of Corporate & Franchisee Terms & Conditions of Franchise by Lying about Service & Auto Damage to Vehicle Serviced. 

      GOOGLE GPS LOCATION Will Also be Accessed to Affirm the Dishonesty by Technician, District /Regional Mgr & Principal.

      As well I see multiple sends but no reply from Merchant through Entire Communication String.

      My car had an oil change at Jiffy Lube and it turned into my car getting towed shortly afterwards due to them putting too much oil in the engine .I have the codes that reflect what was done and how it needed to be repaired Repairs for this damage cost $900.00 and the owner is refusing to compensate me for damages and will only compensate me for the oil change. My car was completely fine prior to oil change.

      Good morning : This is ***************** District Manager with Jiffy Lube ( ************ Market ) This is in response to BBB Complaint # ******** involving *********************** After we have investigated her Claim of negligence on an oil change provided at our Jiffy Lube #673 ******** , ** on date of 12/27/22 , and we even called her mechanic at J&S auto repair in ******* and *********************** whom we spoke with explained that her (oil cooler lines ) per "TSB" Bulletin about her 2010' Lexus ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* correlation to the oil change we provided her , as the dealership TSB bulletin recommended her cooler lines be replaced at ******* miles and her car had ******* miles on it at this time . **** stated that our oil change ( DID NOT ) clog her oil lines but that over time , these cooler lines just get clogged ! ********** expressed to me that she still felt we should pay her for invoice Total of $902.90 but I gracefully Declined , as we were Not responsible for the issues on her car over that many years of her driving her car and that she needed to keep up on her maintenance of her vehicle that dealership / manufacturer recommends .       Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      The oil change that Jiffy Lube did on my vehicle was done incorrectly The Invoice from J&S auto repair, from testing and inspection  states my check engine light, low oil pressure issue , was due to the oil level being overfilled and to resolve the issue was to replace the cooler lines and oil filter and if that didnt fix the issue change the ** solenoids & in extreme cases the engine .

      I was charged $117.54 for a oil change. They said my VW Beetle needed 6 quarts of oil (it can only consume 5) the employees had my car for 15 minutes if that. They were suppose to check all the fluids and top off the ones that needed it. They did not do this. An oil change, as you know, usually isnt more than $45.00 anywhere you go. The original bill was $125.00 but, after saying something to them, the told me they would give me a 15% discount. I had the oil changed previously at a difference shop and bought a oil and air filter too. My bill was $83.00. Something is very wrong here but, I can get anyone to help me. Im a older woman being scammed,. Please help!!
