I purchased a product from Mighty Armory on 12/4/2023. **** product was a case resizing die for 38 special / 357 magnum. When I finally received the die and tried it out, it did not work properly. The owner of the company and I exchanged emails and had a telephone call. Ultimately I sent the die back on 12/30/2023 and it was delivered on 1/2/2024. Afterwards they didn't respond to any of my communications. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Months later, April 27, in an attempt to make things right, the company sent me a new die supposedly "at no charge for the inconvenience" they caused me. However, this die was the wrong die. It was for the wrong caliber entirely. I emailed the company, and got a completely unprofessional response that included the sentence "We don't want your type in our world Seth." **** was also followed by a series of phone calls at 9pm on a Saturday night. The one call I answered resulted in him attempting to cuss me out and demanding payment for the die or to send it back. **** experience has been wrought with poor quality products, bad customer service, and unprofessional behavior. I am sending the die back as it is for the wrong caliber and not what I ordered. I am also cutting all contact from the company and the owner. The die was shipped on 5/22/2024 and expected delivery is 5/23/2024. **** Tracking number 9302010899600069732930.To resolve this complaint, I would like confirmation that the die was received by the company. As I said I have cut off all contact from the company due to their unprofessional behavior.

Customer bought a product, sent it back for polishing. Product was placed in the wrong area. Customer contacted us via credit card refund. We tried to refund but it wasn't possible. We did apologize for our error. Credit card company took the money for our account plus $15.00 as fee.

After that, we communicated with the customer to make things right. We sent him another product on terms. If he liked pay for it, if he didn't he could return the product. about two weeks passed, we contacted the customer to ask if he was pleased with the product and wanted to keep or would he be returning it.

He replied he hadn't tried it yet and that he would get back to us.. My guess is a week went by. We contacted him again. He claimed that he had already paid for the die. We reminded him he had been refunded and sent him verification, we asked him to verify as well.

After that he started posting badly about our company on social media. We reached out to him and offered to give him a die, we wanted to stop him form posting badly. After that he did return the product but continued to post badly about our company and products.

Then he filed this claim with the BBB.

I will attach the email chain between us.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 06/03/2024

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

The companies comments are false and fail to specify if they received the product returned. The question is simple, did they receive the returned product?

They can continue to lie and confuse the issues, but in the end they provided a product that did not do what they said it would. They continuously fail to properly address issues in quality, customer service, and professionalism. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, and they failed. At no time is it ok for a company to call a customer and cuss at them. None.

Simple question, was the returned product received? Yes or no?

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
