Since purchasing the product my feet are in more pain then they were before wearing the inserts. I can barely walk now. I only had 1 foot in pain before wearing them. Now both feet hurt.

I went hoping for relief to my shin splints. After the foot massager and the walk up and down the hall with the "relaxer" and it felt ok for the 1 min walk in the aisle. I was told the the "strengthener" should be worn a little at a time at home. I don't wear shoes in my home, so I was trying to think how that would work for me. The so called strengthener was painful when I tried it at the store, staffer ****** said you work into it, use it ************* Anyways, while I was still in the room around the corner, I was asked how I wished to pay, I asked how much would it be, she then said a its about five each, it came out to $1700 with taxes!!?? I was trying to process that in my head, but at first thought, maybe this will be an investment for the relief I am looking for. I agreed to use their credit care as a form of payment. I was in a room for a few minutes while I filled out the application for it. I left with the relaxer insert on & went to the front handed the tablet to ******. At the front they pointed to a small lettered sign and then told me to initial, they do credit and exchanges. With the commotion of another family right next to me, I didn't read any sign. I went out the door, walked to Top Golf, a 6 minute walk over. My shins were not liking my walking pattern with the inserts for the short distance up and down the road. In the end, I came back next day I asked for a refund, I didn't feel that this was going to work since it was causing discomfort & for my lifestyle as a busy mom, I would need to have multiple arch supports that would provide me the relief I was looking for and the time to move them around from shoe to shoe every time! I was passed on to ****** and then another staff, I was told they don't do refunds, all sales are final. I asked the company doesn't guarantee satisfaction or have pricing and info on paper before purchase? They said that even after I walked out the same day, came back in for a refund, they do not offer one. NOT HAPPY!!

I am a physician with a history of plantar fasciitis who has been standing for many years while caring for patients. Have been injected three times with temporary relief. Have tried dozens of shoe inserts and various shoes/sneakers. Went to this store to try a more conservative approach. The place is clean and was greeted by a friendly young woman. I inquired about her training and was told it was extensive. She measured my feet, took an impression on carbon paper, watched me walk, and pushed on my clasped hands. My feet were placed on a vibrating foot massager. She returned with three shoe inserts to be worn various hours per day, slippers, and sneakers. She asked how the inserts felt? I said good after that foot massage. A manager accompanied her and presented the cost of $1885! I said Wow!. The manager explained that I can stretch the payments and that the inserts will be replaced in the event my dogs chew them. My dogs do not chew inserts. They then said it would be $1775 without the slippers. I left and will never return. You need to take out a bank loan before you enter. I have an appointment with orthopedic foot and ankle specialists in three days.
