    I am a graduate of this academy. Upon contractual agreement, it was agreed that should, I graduate with an outstanding tuition balance, or owed balance as it relates to overage on hours. The student would not be allowed to partake in state licensing testing. While enrolled I completed my program. Paid for my state testing, took my exams and passed, then graduated from the school. Two days prior to my graduation I was informed that the school would NOT be submitting my official transcripts to the state of **, resulting in my NOT being licensed until my debt was paid. This was NOT highlighted, discussed nor agreed upon when signing enrollment paperwork. The agreement states that the student would not be allowed to partake in state testing. I graduated in February 2024., have been trying to get my testing to the state since. Please check into this. I am NOT the only student who they have refused to send transcripts over to the state for the same reasons.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The business is still holding my state testing scores and has not sent my transcripts to the state of *************

    Hello,

     I am responding to complaint # ******** by *******************************.  Prior to enrollment, an enrollment agreement is signed by both parties  and a copy given to the customer.  The enrollment agreement states, Upon meeting the above criteria, a student will be recognized as a graduate and receive a diploma. All financial obligations must be paid before the student may receive a copy of their transcript.  The graduation requirements were fulfilled but the financial obligations were not.  Every student is met with periodically throughout the program to discuss their progress and advised the necessary steps needed to become a graduate and obtain a license.  Attached is a copy of our enrollment agreement.  If you have any further questions please email acampbell@tg-ne or call ************** and ask for ******.
