      Order items online with no estimated delivery time. You cannot get uniforms when needed. They literally have a monopoly on private school uniforms and you are at the mercy of the staff. Rude

      I ordered my son's uniforms (2 Performance Zips) at the end of July in person at ********** store. At the time I was told they would be delivered by Labor Day no problem. They were fully paid for at the time of ordering. *I called in September and was told they were back ordered and not to call back. Just wait for delivery. *I called in early October and the customer service representative immediately screamed at me and was very rude. I asked estimated time frame. They said we don't know and they don't care and hung up.*10/22 Went into the store today, again abruptly told they have no idea and don't come to the store again. *10/22 Called the 800 number and was basically screamed at again that they have no idea and to stop calling. Asked for the Manager and was told to hold. I Waited 57 minutes on hold and was hung up on. Called back and they said there is no supervisor and I could hold and but no one would ever answer. Waited for another 1:42 min and was hung up on. I would like my 2 quarter zips so that my child is not freezing in school. This is ridiculous that they take your money and could have no obligation to tell you if you will ever get your products. They will not give you a time frame and are entitled to raise their voices and belittle the customer. What a terrible company and employees.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. There has been no update whatsoever.
