    This business is fantastic as are the people who work there. I've brought two different vehicles there after being rear ended. Before you call your insurance company go see *****. He is very fair and accommodating and will take care of everything, from notifying the Ins. *** to contacting the adjuster and negotiating with him/her. Got my vehicles back looking better than new. Spotless, inside and out. They even have arrangements for car rental that you can pick up there. Can't say enough good things about this business.

    Im so grateful to ***** and the entire staff at Cumberland Collision for their help when my car was damaged in an accident. They were so patient and answered all of my questions and fought for my car to be repaired when the insurance company wanted to total it. Cumberland Collision took care of every detail and my car came back looking almost brand new.

    Being involved in an accident is stressful enough, but I have brought several vehicles here over the last few years for repairs from dents to dings to a complete total loss and the owner and his team handle every detail to make your stressful situation simple and stress free. The quality of the repairs and the attention to detail has exceeded my expectations every time. I had recently had our new hybrid Chrysler Pacifica in for a dent removal and window trim replacement and the car again looks showroom new!! Thank you very much Cumberland Collision. I greatly appreciate your help on this and on our past experiences, you have made it much easier to deal with right down to getting us quality rental cars. You have a loyal customer for sure!!!

    This is the BEST place to bring your car if you've had the misfortune of being in a collision. I unfortunately had too, twice this year. Both times I received the best service anyone could ask for. The staff is competent and friendly. The owner ***** is involved and he went above and beyond ( pun intented ) to take care of the minor details. The repairs were seemless, and my car looked fabulous. I have to honestly say, that I have never had a better experience with any business ever in my life.

    I cant say enough about the staff , I was put at ease from the moment I walked in to have my car repaired. Very friendly and professional, dealt with my insurance company and had me in a rental before I left the shop. After repairs, my car looks and runs better than ever!! I would highly recommend them!!

    Excellent work and was done in a timely matter. Cumberland Collision is very professional from the from desk to the back of the house. They pointed out things wrong on my car I didn't even think of to look at it. My insurance company didn't give me enough to cover and Cumberland handed all the details to get the additional funds. Saving me the hassle with dealing with insurance company. Highly recommend Cumberland Collision.

    I was so amazed with ***** and his staff. He was so thorough as he explained everything from A to Z to repair my car. Moreover, ***** was very professional and treated me kindly as the moment I saw him. I looked at the customer reviews online and decided to take my car to Cumberland Collision, Inc. without making an appointment. ***** happened to be in the parking lot at the time I arrived and helped me immediately. My car was repaired about in a month and looked like a brand new. I would like to thank ***** and his staff for the work and amazing services.

    When you need your car to be fixed right- go to Cumberland Collision.We had a single car accident and were paying out of pocket. I made an appointment with ******, and met with ***** to get an appraisal. I was on time, and so were they! Trying to keep expenses low, they found a way to repair my car using salvage yard (but in wonderful shape) components. They treated me like I was a regular at the shop. But this was my first time using them!The car came out great, and there were no surprises for the final bill.I would highly recommend Cumberland ******** for your next auto body repair.***********************************
