T.H.******************************Inc, Likes to step onto your property and take your rented Propane tank filled with the propane you paid for without telling you, even if you missed their call with no MESSAGE LEFT. Then the ***** of the COMPANY calls you 3 days later and tells You," Yeah I do not want to do business with you anymore because of your husband's tone on the phone with *****." All he did was ask," I am trying to figure out what happened to the tank, we didn't speak to anyone or give permission to step onto the property ." ***** replied, " We do not need permission we can take back the tank anytime we want to and don't have to tell you we took it." This all happened because we refused *** last week, the tank didn't need to be filled. My husband and I were separated when I signed a contract with this company, we reconciled and were unaware that I was in a signed contract with T.H. ****************************** He happened to order *** 3 months ago from another Company. An automatic Schedule to fill the *** up never took place even though it was supposed to happen, I had to call for the *** to be delivered. That was the last time *** was delivered to my home from this company and that was about 4 months ago. Last week, they came to deliver the *** and I didn't need it. It was the driver who happened to know my husband and asked," Do you guys need ***?" My husband replied," No." The Driver said," No Problem." I then at that moment explained to my husband why T.H.Malloy came to deliver ***. He had no clue about the contract and Had *** delivered two months prior from another company. It was a lack of communication on my part, however, My father and the owner of this company are friends and the owner called my dad up and asked" " why did your DTR refuse ***, he explained what happened to the owner and we both assumed things were ok. T.H. ****************************** *** you took it personally that I refused the *** delivery, so you came out of spite and took the Propane Tank without warning.
