After several years of the lawns appearance diminishing due to excessive weeds, brown fungus spots and every various weed you can imagine, I finally needed to cut ties. Upon calling Grass Roots, and no call back all day, I called again. I was told that I don't need to call more then once and he will get back to me when he can and proceeded with a attitude. Anyway, I have a beautifully maintained property, multi-zone irrigation, have many vendors handling all things, and I pay immediately. The last thing I need is some punk giving me an attitude when they can't provide good service in the first place. Maybe you will save a few dollars over the competition with this company, but trust me when I say you will also be throwing any money away that you spend with them on their useless applications and poor turf management. Good service and customer respect are things anyone would expect, but neither are the case.

They did good work on our lawn, but I wish the experience ended better. I'm ashamed to say I was late to pay a bill, which I apologized for. I paid for half the bill, and asked to pay the remainder a few weeks later. All good.A few weeks later, he *********messaged me angrily out the blue. No phone call or voicemail, just an odd message on ********* He got angry, insulted me, and called me a "deadbeat." A few days later, I paid the remainder in full, and told him it's not a great idea to call people, especially customers, names. But I didn't let it bother me.The problem is he then responded with "If the shoe fits" and continued to insult me. This was after my account was fully paid.Again, good job with the work, but a bit of a nasty, undesirable person ******* the company.
