    30 septiembre a las 9:57am Pague $200 en efectivo Remplazar el rodamiento ********* de ambos lados y los buje la cual le lleve las piezas nueva y no las puso y coloc unas viejas a parte da toda las piezas y otras partes q no tenan que ser tocadas y mi guagua est peor que cuando la lleve dijo q arreglara y todo lo dejo igual y peor iso daos a mi vehculo

    En el dia 30 de septiembre de 2024 alas 9:00 am lo cual se le informo a la misma que tragera el vehiculo durante el dia de el sabado ya que la joven no queria pagar lo que se le indico,una suma de $350 dolares por que **** tenia sus propias piezas y no hay garantia de trabajo. Cada pieza que ******** ********* trajo fue erronia y tuvimos que ordenar las piezas correctas ya que al montar sus piezas erro los discos de el vehiculo. Al informar de la situacion y dejarle saber que le cambiamos los discos ,le cambiamos los bujes y le intalamos un balljoint nuevo a todo esto ******** ********* fue informada de todo esto y que tenia una deuda por las piezas instaladas dijo que las piezas que **** trajo eren las correctas y que no iba a pagar nada ,so el dia en que vino a buscar el carro no dio $200 dolares en efectivo ypidio las llaves de su carro ,al momento de entragarle sus llaves se le volvio a informar que las piezas que ell habia traido estaban dentro de su carro y que el dinero que me daba en ese momento solo habia cubrido por un porcion de la piezas correctas que se le instalaron al carro el cual es una ****** venza 2014 .

    Hola  buenos das  no estoy de acuerdo ni  lo que l ests disiendo no es lo correcto  yo habl con l antes de aserme el trabajo y l  me dijo que me cobrara 100 *** cada lado en un total de ******************************************** cual se lo eche en un sobre ****** en el buzn q l tiene *** que el da que le lleve mi auto a la hora de el entregrmelo l no se encontraba en su taller. Ya haba cerrado y me dej las llaves dentro del vehculo y me di orden q le echara el dinero en el buzn mencionado ariba en el transcurso prendo mi guagua y saliendo del negocio un poco ms ****** le escucho un ruido bien feo la cual mi guagua no **** desido en parar y llamarlo y desirle de el ruido y el solo me dijo djalo en el taller echa las llaves en el buzn que al otro da el verificara la cual confiando en l y en su trabajo dejo mi guagua en el parking de su taller la cual lleg a dejarle la guagua y me percat de los disco y ay le reclamo y l se qued callado *** un segundo ok al da siguiente lo llam a las 8 de la maana la cual no respondi tuve q llamar como dos veces ma asta que pude hablar ay en *** conversa me dijo que haba encontrado el error  pero le reclam lo de los disco y el desia que l no haba cambiado los disco pues le dije ok me avisas cuando mi guagua este ready pues finalmente me llama para recojer mi guagua lleg al lugar y el ay habl  con una psima actitud que hasta me dijo que cul fue el mecnico de ***quera que me haba dicho del ruido de mi guagua  que se lo llevara al taller dicho el caso le digo bscame la guagua entrgamela fue y la busco ay intelectuamo palabras le dije que si quera ver las fotos ante de yo llevarle la guagua me dijo que no yo le lleve las pi***s la cual l dijo que no funcionaban la cual piezas que no utilizo piezas que tambien  dao y las tengo  la cual monto piezas en mi guagua no nueva pi***s usada y con daos y tengo toda evidencia y toco partes que ni **** que tocar para arreglar lo que al solo se le indic tengo todo tipo de evidencias y en ningn momento l me cobr ****************************************************************************************************** dijo que l cobra a ms *** eso pero que me cobrara 100 *** cada lado en ningn momento me negu a pagar nada yo le pagu sus ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* cual no era el problema de mi guagua  pero qu **** que hay gente que se aprovecha *** el simple echo de ser mujer yo necesito que l sea hombre y asepte su error y pague *** los daos causado cualquier duda pueden comunicarse conmigo y  le mostrar toda evidencia nec***ria  gracias

    Brought vehicle to Tak auto on 3/22/23 to have engine replaced. Went to pick vehicle up brought home then on 4/8/23 started car to move it and notice major oil leak and car smoking very bad. 4/10/23 went back to *** auto explained situation to ***** (owner) and stated he will have to check w the person he bought engine from. 4/14/23 went back to Tak auto at 4:10pm closed. 4/17/23 went back to tak auto ***** stated that his friend would not cover engine. Also stated that ***** tak auto stated that he is not responsible either. We informed him someone has to make hood on the engine as we have paperwork. Went back to tak auto on 5/9/23 brought car back for serpentine belt and recharge ac $248.51 once again stated to wife that he is not responsible for changing engine - 5/12/23 went to tak closed car is smoking can not drive - sell - or register 5/15/23 went back to tak auto informed ***** need resolved. Want info on where he purchased engine. 6/1/23 went to ******** and spoke to person where the engine came from and stated that ***** just spoke to him 3 wks ago about this and ***** needs to take it up w them as he purchased it. 6/8/23 spoke w ***** stated he will call them to take care of it. 6/12 spoke w ***** stated that he is waiting a bit to call them back. 6/14/23 spoke w ***** he stated he made need a video of the car smoking so I stated I will bring the car so he can video and he stated that he has no room There has been so many excuses and no resolution. This has cost me $3770.51 on a car that is useless
