    June of last year We hired Masterson paving for $4500 for new driveway. It was like rubber or puddy when done we waited a month to use it. We texted, emailed, and called ****** and his brother numerous times. Finally after insane excuses he came and said he would replace it. And no time limit not to worry . It's not graded correctly has puddles. Weeds are growing and now it's all crumbling. He never showed. Since then I texted, emailed and called. Filed complaints with attorney General, Channel 10 news. I have emailed him telling him what I was doing and he read and ignored. I'm blind and my husband is immobile needing hip replacement.     Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. I accept if he comes and replaced the driveway.its getting worse by the day. He still hasn't contacted us ! No calls, texts,or email. I have filed report with attorney general. He should lose his license. ******** *****
