    Poland Sprinklers repaired my system on 4/6/2024. Paid $681. A few weeks later sprinkler system is failing in multiple ways. I have contacted Poland Spribklers on several occasions. Service was scheduled on 5/13/2024 but I needed to reschedule. New date was 5/22/2024. Poland Sprinklers rescheduled until 5/31/2024 be ause of lack of employees. They never showed up or contacted me. After waiting all day *** then several attempts to contact them, I recieved a text on 6/4/2024 that they would not be able ro service at this time. I have since tried to contact the company several more times to correct their work. I have not even gotten the courtesy of a response. The valve that is leaking has been repaired at least three times. I have used this company since I purchased my home in 2008.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have continually attempted to call and text the phone number for the Poland sprinkler business.  No answer or return call or text!

    Good evening 
    In response to case #********-
    The valve he is referring to has nothing to do with the repair(front yard only) this spring.
    If it was we would come out and fix.
    He is referring to a valve in the backyard. 
    Last time we did service before this spring was in 2022 and that was for a new controller only.
    He claims we fixed it "3-4 times the past 2 years." And expects it to be free.
    The only thing we have replaced was a solenoid at his house the past 5 years. And if that didn't work it would be out of warranty for 2 reasons. 1. Time(past 3 years). 2. Warranty is invalid if we don't service the account in spring and fall.
    As a business we will not fix something that we have not touched for free. I asked him since 2021 we have been called out only 2 times for service that maybe you had another company out? 
    He claims only us. We did show him the work that was done this spring and was happy with the repair. 
    We sent an invoice to him by mail and he paid it. 
    We don't feel comfortable coming out as he has lied about what work we have done to get something for free and has been extremely aggressive on the phone.
    If want invoices with dates we can supply that. But if you ask him to provide cancelled checks over the past 5 years made payable to us you will see we NEVER touched the valve he is referring to.

    I have been a loyal customer to ********************** since June 2008. I challenge ************************ to validate his statement that I lied and want something fixed for free. All I wanted was a courteous and timely response from a business I have used over and over again. As you can clearly see ************************ is very defensive about the entire business transaction.

    *********************** seems to be using my  alleged  "aggressive " behavior to not service his long standing loyal customer? Seems to me ************************ is looking for an excuse for his poor customer service skills. And lack of timely response.

    All ************************ had to do was respond and say he could not service my sprinklers for whatever reason. Instead he let a long standing customer swing in the wind.

    Maybe ************************ is the reason he cannot keep help. I'll be sure to tell anyone who will listen to never use Poland Sprinklers ever!
