      Brought in a cell phone for a screen replacement due to a minor crack. Had the screen replaced, although my cellphones battery was left loose inside the phone unknowingly to me it was causing mother board damage from moving inside the phone freely. 1 Week or 2 later the phone started shutting off randomly so I proceeded to return to the store for a battery replacement, which I was charged $60+ For although it should have been covered by warranty from the screen repair. After the first batttery replacement the phone worked again for 1-2 weeks and then completely stopped operating entirely. They ordered a new battery and replaced it and told me it was not the battery that was the problem it was the motherboard. Which was damaged from the negligence by the employee who originally left my battery loose in the first screen repair. I am seeking the total cost of all repairs, and cost of the cell phone to be reimbursed in full.

      Just as a some background Last year I bought a screen from this place and after 2 months a black dot appeared at the bottom of the screen. There was nothing wrong with the screen no cracks nothing and when I took it back 4 months later(they have a 6month apparent warranty and it broke after 2 months I didnt have a way there) they claimed I damaged it and they would not replace it (like where was the damage) 5 months later the screen went totally black. I needed to get another screen fixed and it I didnt have any options as I was struggling to find a ride to Warwick so I had to come here again. This time my screen will just stop working at times 1/2 of it will just stop then it will just freeze. changed my screen 10 days ago this has been happening since day 1.I didnt have a way to go back to the store until yesterday. I went in to the shop and the worker agreed with me that they had given me a faulty screen and that they installed it incorrectly the first time they said that regardless of that they could not replace it. The screen has 2 extremely small cracks on it that occurred in the first day of me getting the phone (from incorrect installation). I just think that its sleazy that I got this phone screen fixed by you 2 times. Both times it has stopped working in weird ways that are not natural. Not only that but now the scream is not secure. Its disheartening and a dishonest practice that they refuse to fix my screen which you replaced less than a 2 weeks ago even. I would like a refund or a new screen. Its crazy that they want me to pay for their mistake

      Complaint number ******** I just want to say that he said he replaced screen ******** 2 times first time he replaced it and there was a black spot appeared on the screen after 4 months. So we we I do want to explain that. So basically after phone repair, we do give away a 6 month of warranty written in a paper to a customer explain what would be covered. So if a screen is defect for any reason by not swiping well not typing good A little glitching, lagging will be covered under warranty and we are very specific and put that on the paper if there is any lines showing up on the screen or any dots or black spots that means the *** is damaged. This is not something that is covered under warranty.
