      The working staff is incompetent and the managers are not intune to their customers. ****** from *********

      I had ****** Heating for three *******. I started their service when I first moved in and had them service the unit before the winter. The service seemed to go fine, no problems. That was in Fall of 2021. In Spring of 2023, I had a company come in and do an energy audit. They said that when my unit was last serviced, the technician had messed up the settings and that my unit was incredibly inefficient. I had ****** come back in, and the technician admitted they had been at fault. I spoke to customer ********************** at Wood's and she repeatedly told me it was my fault for not alerting them. Well, I had no idea how long the oil should have lasted as they messed up the system before I ever turned it on; it never occurred to me that ****** is totally incompetent and that's why I was spending so much in heating oil. After running the system for about a month without their "maintenance", I realize they cost me thousands of dollars in oil over three *******. DO NOT use these people. They are incompetent at best, scam artists at worst.
