I took out a loan on a car from First Class Auto on 7/28/2023 for the amount of $10,678.60 including taxes. The first car they tried to sell me they kept telling me needed to be "detailed" and after 3 weeks of them really trying to get it to run correctly failed at that and offered me another car which is the one i purchased. A few days after getting this other car that was 2 years newer then the one the originally tried to sell me. My check engine light came on. I brought it back to dealership and they said it was an O2 sensor and kept it for a few days to "fix" it and when i got it back a few days later it came on again which resulted in them keeping my car again for a few more days to supposedly fix another sensor. i did this 4 times me not having my car for days sometimes up to a week to supposedly fix sensors with my car just getting worse and the light still coming back on. After the fourth time i decided to take it to my mechanic to see what was really wrong and within minutes my mechanic was able to tell me the engine was failing. the company was lying and waiting for me to burn out my engine that they knew was bad to make me responsible for it. Telling me it was an O2 sensor when it wasnt. So i brought the car back and they agreed to fix the engine. They gave me the worst car they had for a rental knowing i had kids to put in the car that took premium gas and was not inspected with the check engine light on and tire lights on for me to drive telling me it would take only 5 days. they had my car for almost a whole month and put a lot of miles on my car in the meantime tellinng me i did and they technically didnt need to fix it when i barely had it this whole time to put miles on. i just got my car back thursday after going through h*** with these people. being lied to about when it would be done and being yelled at on the phone because im obviously upset. not even 24 hours after getting it back my check engine light is on again for another reason now.
