      6 weeks ago I brought about 8 things to this cleaners. My clothes were badly stained (a green skirt) and 2 blouses were destroyed. A 3rd blouse with price tags still attached, went for a press only. I paid for it and when I got home they had a note on it cannot get wrinkles out, must be dry cleaned - they melted the extra button to the blouse as well. There were 2 other blouses that were double creased on both arms (they did fix these and the green skirt) I have called them 3 times and never received a response. I have driven there 4 times and the woman continually says I havent had time to do anything about this Besides they have never even said hello, goodbye, thank you or Im sorry! Not once!! I want my money back for the horrible cleaning, the ruined shirts as well. *** tried to settle this and they will not acknowledge me at all! She also still has my blouses!! I want a refund and/or replacement.

      Hi **************, I left you a message on your voicemail and am waiting your return call.  I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  My mother had surgery April 3rd and was in *** for 3 weeks so I was at the hospital everyday and then we had a 20 year employee pass away which was horrible.  I want to clear up any issues you have.  In regards to the sequence blouse, the care label was cut out so we didn't have anything to refer to and unfortunately some of the sequence came off.  Looking at the Blue blouse, it has very puffy shoulders and so many creases that we really did need to fully process the item to do our best at getting all the wrinkles out.  I am sorry you were not happy.  We have been here 40 years and pride ourselves on our work.  We will rectify any outstanding issues you may have.  Please call me at ************.  Thank you, ***********************

      I brought an expensive sweatshirt to be dry cleaned here and when I went to pick it up the sweatshirt was severely damaged. They are refusing to pay me back for the damages and have been extremely rude .
