    I visited **** bridal for three bridesmaids dresses in August of 2023. Due to a third dress needing to be ordered by someone out of state and measurements being required the order was reportedly placed on 10/13/23 for all three dresses with the timeline provided that they would be in within 5 months at the absolute latest. I paid ****** dollars charged on 10/16/23 and the dresses still have not been provided. Myself and my brides maids have called with no response to voicemails and emailed with no response. The few times we have spoken to staff when they answer the phone they say the dresses will be in in a week or two and not to worry although it has already been well over 5 months. At one time they claimed there was a delay due to customs for the dresses. Today (8/21/24) i received a call from ******* at **** stating the dresses would be in on Friday after months of no response. I informed ******** that this was well outside the 5 month window and was too late for my upcoming wedding and that i am requesting a refund. She reported i had been told there was an issue with the dying of the dresses which was not true. I then spoke with *** today who stated that she would not provide a refund due to the wedding not happening yet and abruptly ended the call stating ******** would call me again. The wedding is in less than 40 days out of state with the bridesmaids out of state with no time for alterations and well outside of the five month window they reported for orders. The business has been extremely stressful and unethical to work with and with the three dress orders has cost myself and my brides maids over 600 dollars with no product provided. We are continuing to request a refund and want to save others from this terrible experience. I also strongly encourage you to review the businesses reviews as it appears we are not the only victim of this.

    Purchased 5 dresses for my wedding from this bridal shop. One dress came in a complete different color than it should have. The dress was ordered in gold/champagne and came in a very pink morganite color, like a blush. ***, the owner, hardly answers our calls when we call for help, if she does she is very rude and says there is nothing you can do. We told her we wanted champagne, the order sheet says champagne but the tag on the dress says morganite. It is not the correct dress.
